Malcolm Gladwell
In our English class we watched a speech by Malcolm Gladwell. Malcolm Gladwell told a story about Howard Markowitz, It was about not just one thing pleases everyone... For example there is not just one pepsi favour there are different flavours. Not everyone likes the same thing. People don't really know what they want, just like with the coffee most people say they want rich dark hardy roast but really majority want weak milky. This is because most commercials on tv are dark hardy roast for coffee so then that makes people think thats what they want because everyone else is having it.
